Berry Slush

At the height of summer in the South it gets hot! And sometimes you just want something to cool you down fast. This can help.
Glass: large rocks
Serves 2
Ingredients

2 cups red, white, or rosé wine

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup frozen blackberries

1/4 cup sliced frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon honey

Fresh berries and mint leaves, for garnish
Directions

Pour the wine into ice trays and freeze several hours to overnight.

Combine 3 regular ice cubes (depending on size) and 6 frozen wine ice cubes with the frozen berries and the honey in a blender.

Pulse until well blended.

Pour into the chilled glasses.

Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
