Project Description
Aviation
Author: Chef Belinda
No one can say for sure where this classic gin-based cocktail originated, only that it has been around since the early 1900s. And like most classic cocktails, it requires few ingredients. One such ingredient is the elusive crème de violette liqueur that gives the aviation its unique color. Absent for many years, it is in production and available again. Use top-shelf ingredients in this cocktail for the optimum drinking experience.
